Corporate Images Apparel will create your site with the products selected by your team. The expected lead time to establish a basic site is approximately three weeks, depending on its complexity. Fewer items can expedite this process. After creation, we allow additional time for testing the site to identify and address any issues or necessary revisions. You will have the flexibility to choose site colors and images that reflect your company s branding preferences. The process is easy. Provide your logo, PMS and/or Hex colors, font family and any images that you would like displayed on the main page. We will implement the elements onto your new site. We will email an in-take form to capture your details.

Cost Structure and Subscription Model

There is an initial setup cost for the multi-location site, determined based on the number of items, locations, SKUs, and the complexity of the site. We will provide you with a set of questions to clarify preferences and product selections, enabling us to accurately estimate setup costs. Additionally, there is a monthly subscription charge of $189 for platform use. For example, if you have 12 locations in 6 states, the monthly charge is $189/month total. This allows for unlimited logins and passwords.

Inventory and Print-On-Demand

Our Print-On-Demand option for custom apparel and promo products allows for faster delivery, with goods shipped within 48 hours. If stock is purchased and produced in advance by Corporate Images Apparel and held in our warehouse, print-on-demand services will be available. However, it is the clients responsibility to purchase and maintain any necessary inventory levels.

Stock levels will be proposed based on sales history or projected demand. Corporate Images Apparel will manage inventory levels, communicating when stock is low or needs adjustment to prevent shortages.

Shipping Solutions Tailored to Your Needs

We ship in bulk and/or individually to any location worldwide, employing the most cost-effective shipping options based on your specific requirements. Our approach ensures timely delivery while managing shipping costs effectively. The shipping costs associated with the project will be determined upon order completion, weighing the items to find the most accurate and economical shipping method. These costs will be added to the Purchase Order (P.O.) invoice for transparency
