TRANSPORTATION & FLEET APPAREL PROGRAMS

One Uniform Program. Every Driver. Every Terminal. Every State.

We have managed fleet and driver apparel programs from our Denver facility since 1979. One account. One team. No subcontractors.

THE PROBLEM AT SCALE
Fleet operations do not have a uniform problem. They have a consistency problem at scale.
One terminal orders polos. Another orders a different brand in a slightly different color. A third location ran out of driver shirts
two weeks ago and someone ordered from a local shop. By the time a new hire shows up at a regional hub, nobody knows
what the standard is anymore.
Every week the program stays fragmented is another week of inconsistent drivers, HR complaints, and regional managers
making their own calls. At 1,000 drivers across 18 states, that is a brand and compliance failure waiting to happen.

HOW WE SOLVE IT
One centralized program. Every department. Managed from our Denver facility.
Every driver, every terminal, every state — ordering from the same portal, receiving the same kit, wearing the same
standard.
New hire kits ship before day one. Safety-compliant apparel is part of the same program — same portal, same account,
same team. No second vendor for hi-vis. Fleet managers stop managing apparel. HR stops fielding uniform complaints.
Your brand looks the same at every terminal because we enforce it at the item level, not the policy level.

WHAT WE MANAGE
Every operational detail — under one roof.
— Centralized employee ordering portal — department-coded by role, one login, every campus
— New hire kits fulfilled and shipped before day one — no waiting, no gaps
— Safety-compliant apparel — hi-vis vests, reflective hats, branded tees — sourced, decorated, and managed in-house
— Multi-location inventory management — stock held and replenished at our facility
— Fleet branding consistency enforced at the item level across regions and states
— One account. One logo file. One team managing the entire program.

PROGRAM WE’VE BUILT
A national transportation company. 1,000 drivers. 18 locations across multiple states. New hire kits — polos, lanyards,
hats, and jackets — fulfilled and shipped before day one at every terminal. Centralized ordering portal built and managed
by our team. Program running without HR involvement.

A national transportation company came to us with 1,000 drivers across 18 states and no uniform
standard.
Regional terminals were ordering independently. A hub in the Southeast was on its fourth vendor in three years. New
drivers were showing up without kits because nobody owned the process. The compliance gear — hi-vis vests, reflective
hats — was sourced separately from the branded shirts, which meant two vendors, two timelines, and two invoices
nobody could reconcile.
We built a centralized ordering portal. Every item — branded polos, hi-vis vests, reflective hats, lanyards, and jackets —
in one program, one account, one logo file. New hire kits ship before day one at every terminal. Safety-compliant apparel
is part of the same order, not a separate conversation. Fleet managers stopped managing apparel on the day we
launched.
The program has run without HR involvement for four years.

If your drivers don’t look the same at every terminal, the program isn’t working. We fix that.
