MEMBER PREMIUMS & DONOR GIFTS
Every Donor Gets the Right Gift, at the Right Tier, Without You Managing It.
We produce and ship tiered donor and member premiums for fundraising and membership organizations — from our Denver facility, matched to individual donation levels, shipped directly to each recipient.
The Problem at Scale
Tiered giving programs create a fulfillment problem most organizations aren’t built to solve. A donation drive doesn’t produce a fixed order — it produces hundreds or thousands of individual decisions. This donor gave at the level that earns a mug. That one gave at the level that earns a jacket. Someone else needs a beanie in a specific size, shipped to an address that wasn’t collected until the drive was already underway.
Handled manually, this becomes a spreadsheet problem fast — matching donation level to gift tier, tracking who’s been shipped and who hasn’t, chasing down sizes and addresses after the fact. And donor gifts carry more weight than a typical shipment. A member who gave to support your mission and receives the wrong item, the wrong size, or nothing at all isn’t a shipping error — it’s a donor relationship at risk.
The fundraiser closes. Now someone has to turn a list of donations into hundreds of individually correct shipments, fast enough that the goodwill from giving doesn’t go cold waiting for it.
Donation level determines the gift. We handle everything after that.
Your tier structure is built into the program before the drive launches — donation level tied to the specific gift it earns, whether that’s a T-shirt, a hoodie, a long-sleeve tee, a custom ceramic mug, an embroidered soft shell jacket, an embroidered beanie, or a baseball cap. As donations come in, we produce and hold what’s needed rather than reacting to a finished list all at once.
Recipient names, addresses, and sizes are collected as part of the donation process and built directly into the fulfillment plan — not sorted out after the drive ends. Each donor receives the item that matches their tier, shipped individually to their address, with the same production standard whether the gift is a single mug or an embroidered jacket.
Once tiers are set and orders come in, production runs against the full list — not one recipient at a time. Items are produced, then separated and staged by size and item before a single box is packed, so a mug order never gets bundled with a jacket order by mistake. Packaging materials are curated and assembled ahead of the pack-out — tissue, inserts, and the box itself — so the team is packing, not improvising.
Each order includes a custom printed message card, personalized to the donor, tucked in before the box is sealed. Every order is packed, labeled, and staged for shipment on the same production schedule — nothing goes out piecemeal, and nothing ships late because one part of the process ran behind another.
Shipping decisions aren’t made in isolation from presentation. A box built for maximum impact isn’t always the most cost-effective way to ship a single mug to a single donor — dimensional weight, box size, and packaging materials all factor into the actual shipping cost, not just what looks best on a shelf. We weigh presentation against shipping cost at the program design stage, so you’re not paying premium freight for packaging that outweighs what’s inside it.
Packing materials are matched to what’s shipping and what the program requires. Fragile items — the ceramic mug, for example — ship with crinkle paper protection rather than a thinner filler that risks damage in transit. For organizations with sustainability commitments, eco-friendly and recycled packing materials are available to match your mandate, without compromising on protection for fragile pieces.
You don’t manage the matching, the production schedule, or the individual shipments. You run the fundraiser. We turn the results into gifts that arrive correctly and on time.

PROGRAM WE’VE BUILT
A member-supported organization’s fundraising drive, with donor gifts tiered by donation level — T-shirts, hoodies, long-sleeve tees, ceramic mugs, embroidered soft shell jackets, embroidered beanies, and caps, each tier matched to what a donor gave. Names, addresses, and sizes collected through the drive and shipped individually to each donor, correctly matched to their tier.
If your donor gifts don’t match what they gave, the program isn’t working. We fix that.
