KITTING & FULFILLMENT

Kitting and Fulfillment That Scales With Your Distribution, Not Against It.

We kit, pack, and ship for organizations distributing to multiple locations, individual recipients, and international destinations — from our Denver facility, under one roof, since 1979.

The Problem at Scale

Fulfillment breaks in ways that have nothing to do with the product itself. The item is right. The order is right. But it ships to the wrong location, arrives without the packaging that was supposed to reinforce the brand, or shows up in a plain box that undercuts everything the program was built to represent.

Most fulfillment operations treat packaging as an afterthought — whatever box is on hand, whatever label the warehouse defaults to. For a brand activation, a member premium, or a new hire kit, that’s a missed opportunity. The unboxing is often the last impression a recipient has of the program.

And when distribution spans multiple locations, individual recipients, or international destinations, the failure points multiply. Inventory that isn’t actually available. No visibility into what’s shipped and what hasn’t. Nobody finds out something went wrong until the recipient does.

One fulfillment system — accurate, on schedule, and branded the way you intended.

Every kitting and fulfillment program starts with the same standard: what ships matches what was ordered, packaged the way your brand deserves. Custom labels, branded boxes, and packing materials are built into the program on request — the box a recipient opens reinforces the brand as much as what’s inside it.

Inventory shown and shipped is real inventory, tracked at our facility. Orders don’t go out against stock that isn’t there. Multi-location and individual-recipient shipments are tracked the same way a single large shipment is — visibility into what’s shipped, what’s pending, and what’s left, without waiting for a recipient to report a problem.

Multi-location kitting is staged, not rushed. Every kit is built and staged at our facility ahead of the ship date, then released on a schedule calculated to land everywhere on the same day — regardless of whether a location is across town or across the country. Different carriers, different transit times, one arrival date. That coordination happens before a single box goes out, not as a scramble once shipping is underway.

This same system runs underneath our managed apparel programs and event activation drops — but it’s built to stand on its own for any organization that needs kitting, packing, and fulfillment done right, whether or not apparel is involved.

PACKAGING THAT REPRESENTS THE BRAND, NOT JUST THE PRODUCT

Custom labels, branded boxes, and packing materials — built into the program for brand activation, member premiums, and any shipment where the unboxing matters as much as what’s inside. Not an add-on request. Part of how we build the program from the start.

WHAT WE MANAGE

  • Kitting and assembly for multi-item programs — new hire kits, member premiums, event drops
  • Real-time inventory tied to actual stock — no shipments against items that aren’t there
  • Single-location, multi-location, and individual-recipient shipping — same standard, any delivery method
  • International shipping with digital pre-production proofing — built for timing and distance, not a workaround
  • Shipment tracking and reporting available from first box to last
  • One account, one team managing fulfillment from production through delivery

PROGRAM WE’VE BUILT

A national organization’s brand relaunch, kitted by employee level — executive teams received windbreakers, backpacks, and branded water bottles; front-line teams received polos, hats, and string bags. Custom boxes, branded labeling, and tissue paper packaging on every kit. Recipient names, shipping addresses, and sizes were collected in advance and built into the production plan, with every kit shipped two weeks ahead of the national convention where the rebrand launched — landing before the event, not scrambling to arrive during it.

If your fulfillment doesn’t reinforce your brand, it’s working against it. We fix that.
