HEALTHCARE APPAREL PROGRAMS

One Program. Every Department. Every Campus. Every New Hire.

We have managed healthcare apparel programs from our Denver facility since 1979. Department-coded garments, embroidered name and title, new hire kits, and centralized ordering — under one roof.

THE PROBLEM AT SCALE
Healthcare organizations do not have a uniform problem. They have a consistency problem that compounds every time the organization grows.

Nursing wears one color. Environmental services wears another. Administration, dietary, and clinical support each havetheir own standard — if a standard exists at all. When two systems merge, the result is not a uniform program. It is a managed guessing game.

Every week the program stays fragmented costs HR time, creates patient confusion, and sends the wrong signal about howwell-run the organization actually is. In healthcare, appearance is not cosmetic. It is operational

HOW WE SOLVE IT
One centralized program. Every department. Managed from our Denver facility.

Every department, every campus, every new hire — ordering from the same portal, receiving the correct garment, wearing
the right standard from day one.

Department color-coding is built into the portal at the item level. Nursing selects from their assigned palette. Environmental
services sees theirs. Polos and polar fleece jackets are embroidered with name and title in-house. New hire kits are
assembled and shipped before the first shift. When two systems merge, we consolidate every vendor, every logo file, and
every ordering account into one program.

WHAT WE MANAGE
Every operational detail — under one roof.
— Centralized employee ordering portal — department-coded by role, one login, every campus
— Embroidered name and title on every garment — polos, polar fleece jackets, and scrub tops decorated in-house
— New hire kits assembled and shipped before day one — correct garment, correct color, correct name
— Department color-coding enforced at the item level — each role sees only what they are authorized to order
— Post-merger program consolidation — multiple vendors, logo files, and ordering accounts unified
— One account. One logo file. One team managing the entire program.

PROGRAM WE’VE BUILT
A regional hospital system. 800 employees across four campuses. Nursing, environmental services, dietary, andadministrative staff — each department color-coded, each garment embroidered with name and title in-house. Polarfleece jackets on a scheduled October reorder. New hire kits assembled and shipped before day one at every location.HR out of the loop after launch.

A regional hospital system came to us mid-merger with 800 employees across four campuses and five different apparel programs running simultaneously.

Nursing was on one vendor. Environmental services was on another. Dietary and administrative staff were ordering adhoc from wherever the department manager had an account. New hires were waiting up to three weeks for a uniform. In healthcare, that is not an inconvenience. It is a visible operational failure.

We consolidated every vendor, every logo file, and every ordering account into one program. Department color-coding was built into the portal at the item level. Polos and polar fleece jackets are embroidered with name and title in-house.New hire kits are assembled and shipped before the first shift at every campus.

HR has not placed a uniform order in three years.

If your departments don’t look consistent on day one, the program isn’t working. We fix that.
