FIELD SERVICES & TRADES APPAREL PROGRAMS
One Program. Every Technician. Every Job Site. Every State.
We have managed field service and trades apparel programs from our Denver facility since 1979.Safety-compliant work wear, centralized ordering portals, and per-employee budget controls — under one roof.
THE PROBLEM AT SCALE
Field service and trades companies do not have a workwear problem. They have a compliance and consistency problem that gets worse every time the company adds a location or a crew.
One regional manager orders Carhartt. Another orders a generic brand from a local shop. A third location ran out of hi-vis vests two weeks ago and the crew is wearing whatever they have. Safety gear is sourced from a separate vendor. By the time a new technician shows up on their first day, nobody has a kit ready.
The budget problem runs underneath all of it. Field employees earn new gear on anniversary dates — but the tracking lives in a spreadsheet that HR updates manually. Seasonal gear never arrives early enough. Rush freight becomes a line item. The program that was supposed to equip the team becomes the thing that holds the job site up.
HOW WE SOLVE IT
One centralized program. Safety gear, workwear, and corporate wear — managed from our Denver facility.
Every technician, every crew, every location — ordering from the same portal, receiving the correct kit, equipped to thesame standard from day one.
Safety-compliant apparel — hi-vis, FR, and performance workwear — is part of the same program as the embroidered polos and branded jackets. No second vendor for compliance gear. Carhartt, FR shirts, and performance workwear sourced, decorated, and fulfilled in-house. Per-employee budget controls are set in the portal — anniversary dates trigger new allocations automatically. Field supervisors stop managing apparel. HR stops fielding gear requests.
WHAT WE MANAGE
Every operational detail — under one roof.
— Centralized employee ordering portal — one login, one standard, every location and crew
— Safety-compliant apparel — hi-vis, FR, and performance workwear — sourced, decorated, and managed as part of your centralized program
— Carhartt and premium workwear programs — sourced and decorated in-house, no third-party vendor
— Per-employee budget controls with anniversary-triggered resets — enforced at the item level, no HR involvement
— New hire and new crew kits assembled and shipped before day one — correct gear, correct logo, no waiting
— One account. One logo file. One team managing the entire program.
PROGRAM WE’VE BUILT
A multi-state fire safety company. 300-plus employees across multiple locations. Employee ordering portal built andmanaged by our team — premium corporate wear and safety-compliant workwear available through a single centralizedsystem. Each employee’s budget resets on their work anniversary date. Orders separated by employee and shipped inbulk to each location. Program has run continuously for three-plus years. Field supervisors and HR are out of theday-to-day ordering process entirely.
A multi-state fire safety company came to us with 300-plus field technicians across multiple locations and a workwear program that was running on goodwill and guesswork.
Safety gear was sourced from one vendor. Branded shirts came from another. Seasonal outerwear was ordered in apanic every October when someone remembered it was getting cold. Field supervisors were fielding calls fromtechnicians who showed up for their first day without a kit.
We built a centralized portal that covered everything — safety-compliant workwear, branded polos, embroidered jackets, and seasonal outerwear in one program, one account, one logo file. Per-employee budgets reset automatically on anniversary dates. New hire kits ship before day one at every location. Seasonal outerwear is built into the production calendar we manage.
The program has run for three-plus years without a manual budget approval.
If your field crews are not equipped to the same standard at every location — and your gear is notarriving before the job starts — the program is not working. We fix that.
