MANAGED UNIFORM & APPAREL PROGRAMS

The Uniform Program That Doesn't Break When You Grow.

We design, build, and manage centralized apparel programs for multi-location organizations — ordering, inventory, decoration, and fulfillment, all under one roof in Denver. Since 1979.

The Problem at Scale

At 50 employees, apparel is simple. Someone picks a polo. Everyone gets one. Done.

At 200 employees, nothing is simple anymore. Different managers make different decisions. New hires get whatever is left in stock. Someone becomes the person who ends up approving every order because no one else will.

Usually the same someone. The person who never signed up to manage uniforms and now somehow does. Nobody assigned it to them. It just landed there, and it’s still landing there.

That’s not a staffing problem. It’s a system problem — and it’s the exact gap a managed program is built to close.

The cost isn’t the invoice. It’s the new hire who waits two weeks for a uniform. The manager who orders off-brand because the portal was down. The event merchandise that shows up looking nothing like the rest of the program. The most expensive apparel program is the one no one at the company can fully explain.

One Program. Every Location. Every Employee. Every Order.

A managed program isn’t a bigger order. It’s a different structure entirely.

Every employee orders from one portal — built for your company, carrying only what your program approves. No manager placing side orders. No new hire guessing what to wear. No location running its own version of the standard because it’s faster than asking.

We hold the inventory. We track it. We replenish it before it runs out — not after someone notices a gap. When your program changes — a new role, a new location, a rebrand — we add and remove products ourselves. You don’t touch the backend. You don’t manage a vendor relationship on top of running your business.

One account. One logo file. One team that already knows your program — instead of three vendors who each know a third of it.

Budget reporting runs by location, department, or however your company actually needs to see it — not however the software happens to slice it. When someone asks where the spend went, there’s an answer, not a search.

Adding a location doesn’t mean rebuilding the program. A new site is added to the existing portal, inherits the same ordering standards and product set, and gets its own login for local visibility — without a separate setup process or a second point of contact. The same holds in reverse: if a location closes or consolidates, it’s removed the same way. The program scales in either direction without anyone renegotiating how it works.

For organizations with locations carrying different logos or sub-brands, the portal extends into a master site structure — one account, with branch sites underneath it, each showing only the logos and items that location is authorized to order. A branch in one region isn’t shown another region’s exclusive items, and updates to the master structure roll down without rebuilding each location’s site individually.

The same structure separates purpose as well as location: trade show and event swag can run as its own site with its own admin, separate from day-to-day company apparel, without splitting the underlying account or the relationship.

Exchanges and returns are processed the same way, not left to accumulate as unaccounted stock. When an item comes back — wrong size, ordering mistake, defect — it’s inspected and returned to available inventory correctly, or removed from the count if it’s not sellable. Inventory stays accurate because every item is accounted for going both directions, not just when it ships.

The program that used to be someone’s problem becomes something no one has to think about.

WHAT WE MANAGE

Every capability under one roof. No subcontractors.

Subcontracting any part of this — decoration, art, or shipping — reintroduces the exact problem a managed program is supposed to solve. A vendor who isn’t accountable for the whole outcome has no reason to catch an inconsistency before it ships. Controlling product, art, decoration, and shipment ourselves is what makes the standard enforceable, not just promised.

  • Centralized employee ordering portal — built for your program, live in 2–4 weeks, one login for every location
  • Inventory held and replenished at our Denver facility — stock managed proactively, not after a location reports a gap
  • Embroidery, DTF, and screen printing — all decoration methods handled in-house, no second vendor for a different technique
  • Budget reporting by location, department, or employee — built to match how your organization actually needs to see the spend
  • Product additions and changes made directly by our team — new roles, new locations, or a rebrand handled without you touching the backend
  • New hire kits fulfilled and shipped ahead of day one — no gap between a start date and a uniform

PROGRAM WE’VE BUILT

A national retailer. 2,500 locations. One centralized ordering portal, one inventory system, one account — replacing what had been separate regional vendors and separate standards. Daily drop-ship fulfillment. Inventory managed and replenished at our facility. A seven-year program, running under one account the entire time.

A program that runs itself doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because one team built it that way.

We work best with companies managing 200 or more employees with recurring apparel needs. If that is you, the first conversation is worth 30 minutes.
